Penchant Home Care Non-Medical Senior Transportation is a highly dedicated, reliable, and experienced company. We provide service to seniors, handicapped individuals, and others in need of transportation services.
We realize the importance of being able to continue living and being active within your community; PHC non-medical transportation is there for you! We realize transportation could be an issue for seniors and their loved ones and, with PHC, we want to be here to prevent anyone from not getting to or from a doctor’s appointment or having a day of leisure. Our transportation is safe and reliable for people with medical issues and disabilities.

How It Works
Once you schedule your transportation, one of our office associates will confirm all details of your trip. You will receive a reminder call one day prior to your scheduled appointment. On the day of your trip, the assigned driver will arrive at your pickup location at your scheduled time and will call to inform you of their arrival. The driver will assist you into the vehicle. Once en route, the driver will provide safe and reliable transportation, ensuring you reach your appointment in a timely manner. Once your appointment is complete, a similar process will repeat for your return home.

Our team of drivers have passed background checks, are CPR Certified, and have undergone defensive driver courses and training to provide you quick and efficient service whenever and wherever you need to go.
